Data Deletion
If you have commented a keyword on an @outsourcedaily post or messaged us to get an article, we hold a small record about you: your Instagram-scoped user ID and username, which posts you asked about, whether Instagram told us you follow the account, when you opened the link we sent, and your name, email address and phone number if you joined the mailing list. The privacy policy has the full list.
To have all of it deleted
Email hello@meirakami.md from any address with the subject "Delete my data" and tell us your Instagram username. If you gave us an email address and want that removed too, say which one. We delete every record connected to your account, and your email address, within 7 days, and we reply to confirm. You do not need to give a reason.
Quicker options
- To stop the automated messages only: reply STOP in the Instagram conversation.
- To leave the mailing list only: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply UNSUBSCRIBE in the Instagram conversation.
- If you do nothing, conversation records delete themselves 90 days after your last interaction, and link records after one year.
Content in our posts
If you believe a post published by Outsource includes your content or personal information and you want it removed, email the same address with a link to the post. We will review and respond within 7 days.
If you connected an Instagram account to this app
An Instagram account that has authorised this app can remove its access at any time in Instagram, Settings, Apps and websites.
